Refund Policy:
We know life and schedules can get crazy and sometimes things come up, but we make commitments to our instructors who dedicate their time and expertise to teach classes for The Foundry community. Due to limited seating and credit card processing costs, if you need to cancel your registration for a paid class or event for any reason, we will refund 75% of your registration fee provided you cancel at least 7 days before the class is scheduled to begin. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class and recover costs incurred. No refund will be issued if you do not contact us requesting to cancel your registration at least 7 days before the start of the class. If you need to withdraw from a scheduled class, please notify us at classes@thefoundryvt.org.
Cancellation Policy:
The Foundry Workshop reserves the right to cancel a class for any reason. A class may be cancelled if the minimum number of students for the class is not reached, if weather conditions make it unsafe for instructors or attendees to travel, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event that we cancel a class, registrants will receive a full refund. Students enrolled in a class that is canceled will be notified by phone or email if a valid phone or email address has been provided. Cancellation notices will also be posted on The Foundry’s Facebook page.
